Having an entrepreneurial and societal work experience of 5Y+. A research-preneur with an eye to numbers, details and policy. Did M.Sc in Mathematics (2013) from HNB Garhwal Central University Uttarakhand.

Director of Operations for RAHI (STPI funded) founding team member of Tech Counsellor (R2E Technologies P. Ltd), and handling the policy, government engagement and administration responsibility of the company since 2017.

As Director of Operations, led the team in developing technology, filling patents, 10+ collaborations, and executed end-to-end strategies for successful completion of some the major programs like International Conference NEWTONS (SIT Pithoragarh), AAC (HNB Garhwal University), NIT Silchar, IIT Delhi, One Month International Internship Program and on raising funds & grants from STPI Govt of India, Pontaq, UCOST Govt of Uttarakhand, MSME, Uttarakhand Startup Council.

She is also leading a project with the Women Institute of Technology and Pantnagar University, project funded by Uttarakhand State Council for Science and Technology, Govt of Uttarakhand.

Under her leadership, the team has grabbed first seed funding from the STPI (Under Chunauti 2.0); reimbursement from MSME, and a grant from the Department of Telecommunication (under the DCIS scheme).

Also associated as a volunteer with the Headstart Network Foundation (a volunteer-driven org working since 2007 to enable the startup ecosystem) and Kaviraj Foundation (Uttarakhand-based NGO working since 95 for environments and education awareness).

VLSI & Embedded Systems), Electromagnetic Engineering, Antenna and Wave Propagation, Digital System Design (ASIC), Signals and Systems, Control System.

One of the leading researchers on NASA-ISRO Synthetic Aperture Radar Project has won the best research presentation award from ISRO as well.

With a Master of Engineering in Digital Communication (2012) and Bachelor of Engineering (2008) both from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Maharashtra. To his credit, he has published 11 International Papers, 3 Books and has organized and attended many national seminar and workshop.
